Right of Withdrawal
According to the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 185/99 and subsequent amendments of Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, the consumer/customer has the right to withdraw from this contract without any penalty within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods.

Within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods, at the expense of the consumer, perfectly intact and in its original packaging. In any case, customers must contact us as soon as possible by phone at +39 3391236850 or by e-mail at servizioclienti@stokton.it.
Please note that products sent to our warehouse after the established deadline or without the above requirements will not be refunded.
Withdrawal method
Only refunds are available.
Refund
The refund will include the cost of the product, excluding shipping costs, and will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods.
The return shipment, until it reaches our warehouse, is under the customer’s responsibility.
Stokton is not responsible in any way for damage, theft, or loss of returned goods.
Cash on delivery parcels will not be accepted under any circumstances.
