All prices includes taxes and excludes shipping charges.
The customer can require the invoice during the order. The invoice will be sent after the delivery of the goods. The goods, however, will be delivered with receipt that must be attached to the invoice.

The cost of shipping in U.S.A. is € 20,00 per product purchased.
The cost of shipping in CHINA is € 30,00 per product purchased.
The cost of shipping in other NON-UE is € 35,00/€ 40,00 per product purchased.
The invoice attached to the delivery of the goods should be stored as a valid document for the guarantee.

The following forms of payment are accepted by Stokton.
Bank transfer
By choosing the payment by bank transfer, at the end of the order the customer automatically receives a confirmation email containing the Stokton bank details, following which the goods are put aside until the bank arrives to the account.
By choosing the Paypal payment method the customer can pay directly through his Paypal account.
Credit card
Choosing the method of payment by credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.
On the STOKTON website it is possible to pre-order articles whose arrival is expected in the following weeks.
The availability date indicated is the one confirmed by Stokton
In case of payment by Credit Card or Paypal the amount will be debited on the same day of the order.
For pre-orders paid by bank transfer payment must be submitted within 48 hours from the time of order.
STOTKON declines all responsibility for changes to the delivery date, cancellations or changes to pre-order items due to production changes.
In the event that the order in advance is not subsequently available, the amount paid will be credited back to the original transaction.
Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they are available.

According to the provisions of D.Lgs.n ° 185/99 with modification D.lgs.21/2014 the consumer / customer is entitled to withdraw from this contract without any penalty within 14 calendar days of receipt of goods.

Please note, products sent after the deadline to our warehouse without the above requirements, will not be refunded.

To enjoy the withdrawal , the customers must also choose one of the following options:

-   Replacement of the goods, the costs of shipping are borne by the customer, to have an estimation of the cost of the new shipment please the customer to submit a request to our customer service, so you can send an accurate quote.

All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with STOKTON and therefore undertake to accept delivery of your package.
